We visited Inle Lake along with Branch Chief Win Tue,late Shihan Maung Maung Myint’s family and Officials.

Children’s China Open IKO Matsushima Cup 2018 was held on 17th Nov.2018. It’s was held at the same time with 5th World Cup in China.

The 24th I.K.O.MATSUSHIMA Gumma Kyokushin Karate Championships was held on 26th November 2017

The next World Cup will be held in Shanghai ,China on 2018. This matter was decided at International Meeting of 5th World Tournament in Japan on November 2016. President Matsushima visited Beijin China. He was invited from Beijin Karate Federation. Before few days it was snow in Beijin,so there were blue sky in Beijin. And also he visited the Great Wall of China.

At PM10:00 on 21st we left for Mawlamyine by highway-bus. The training seminar was held at Setse beach and we visited Yele Paya. Next day we visited Golden Rock at the way back to Yangon.

Visit to Denmark

President Matsushima visited to Denmark first time. Spring has come,but don’t forget winter coat. There are not so high-rise buildings in Copenhagen. Because the government control it.
The city is harmoniously. Any way there are a lot of bicycles everywhere and bicycle lane is secured. Foreign people have to care and don’t stand at this lane.

I visited Vikingeskibshallen(Viking Museum) in Roskilde. There are large green fields in the suburbs of Roskilde and beautiful area.

I visited Danish Parliament with guide of I.K.O.MATSUSHIMA members. There is Karate Dojo and training gym. The guard of the royal palace rehearsed for the ceremony of Queen’s birthday.

Sankt Petersburg is one of most beautiful cities. It’s called “The north Venice”. There are 100 islands and canals.

We were shocked with Captain’s announcement“Can’t find the airport” Our flight for Kiev departure on AM07:10 from Donetsk in Ukraine. The arrival time is AM08:10.

I visited Myanmar first time. I was surprised at Yangon’s energy and traffic jam. After the tournament we started for the tour of Bagan by Express Bus at PM19:00.

President Matsushima and Vice president John Taylor officially opened new main Dojo in BSD city,Banten province, Indonesia on 20th Apr.2013. A ceremony was held with senior masters of Karate and guests. After then instractors and students joined at the party.The 1st South-East Asian Championships was held in Jakarta on 1981.President Matsushima showed demonstration at that time.He could met with senior masters again gladly.
At the same time Indonesia Kyokushin Karate Association(I.K.K.A) was just announced officially.

It took for 12 and half hours from Narita to Toront in Canada. We meet with Roman Szyrajew Canada Branch Chief at Tronto. The officer at check-in counter said “There are no seats for us from Tronto to Santiago” even if it’s 3 hours before. We couldn’t understand our situation. We had to stand in top of line for getting seats at the counter of gate. The line became long ,somehow.

After the 7th IKO Matsushima European Championship and seminar in Eger, Hungary, Kancho Yoshikazu Matsushima and Hanshi John Taylor visited Croatia and they held seminar in Samobor.
Seminar was consisted of two trainings for members of IKO Matsushima Croatia and for 8 guest members of IKO Matsushima Serbia lead by Sempai Vojkan Bižić.
After the seminar, Kancho Matsushima, Mrs. Mikiko and Hanshi Taylor looked around Samobor and visited Zadar on the Adriatic cost.
On the return to Samobor, they visited the Plitvice Lakes National Park, located in the middle of the road which passes through the national park area, connects the Croatian inland with the Mediterranean coastal region.

On 30th Sep. we arrived at new Shanghai Airport. It is too big and modern building.

On 1st Oct. as we had to move to Nanjing,we got on New Express Train. The New Express Trains start from Shanghai Hongqiao Station which is located in the one of airports in Shanghai. There are a lot of gates of each trains as same as Airport terminal. Further more this station is for only New Express train.

Just then,1st October is the date of China was founded,so a national holiday is declared and a huge number of Chinese move.

After finish of events,we visited to Casares which is famous as white village in Andalucia.Famous Casares was visited for the head of a Spanish branch, Klaus Rex master and His Mrs. to guide in the village where Andalucia was white.  A white, as ran from Estepona in the mountain during about 30-40 minute, and stuck in the surface of a mountain beautiful street appeared. It is a town with an old history of going back to Roman times. The purpose is not to go sightseeing but people live.  Houses are labyrinthine complicated. After it had been compared with the evening sun, more fantastic atmosphere was impressed.

After the seminar and promotion examination ended,we strolled  in the old city of Montreal on May 31.

We arrived in City of Beaverton about 30 minutes from Portland, OR airport. There were lots of good sizes of coniferous trees even the side of the roads and among of those trees there were beautiful white and pink blossoms. It seemed like a cherry blossom season was gone, so they could be flowers of plums or peaches. Since many office buildings were just flat or only second story high because of such open space in Oregon, our eyes easily catch greens and trees. Local people said about a half of the year they got rain, only the tournament day we got a nice weather. …
