It was leaded by IKO Matsushima Costa Rica taking place in Pérez Zeledón, in the modalities of Kata and Kumite with the participation of 19 Costa Rican organizations of contact karate and international delegations such as Chile, Venezuela, Peru, Panama, Mexico and the United States of America.
