After the 7th IKO Matsushima European Championship and seminar in Eger, Hungary, Kancho Yoshikazu Matsushima and Hanshi John Taylor visited Croatia and they held seminar in Samobor.
Seminar was consisted of two trainings for members of IKO Matsushima Croatia and for 8 guest members of IKO Matsushima Serbia lead by Sempai Vojkan Bižić.
After the seminar, Kancho Matsushima, Mrs. Mikiko and Hanshi Taylor looked around Samobor and visited Zadar on the Adriatic cost.
On the return to Samobor, they visited the Plitvice Lakes National Park, located in the middle of the road which passes through the national park area, connects the Croatian inland with the Mediterranean coastal region.
Have Kancho Matsushima, Mrs. Mikiko Matsushima and Hanshi Taylor in Croatia is a great pleasure and honor for Croatian branch of IKO Matsushima Kyokushinkaikan and we are very thankful for seminar and for every single moment we spent in their company.

Visited Croatia
We drove from Eger to Zagreb by Highway along with Croatian members. We heard“Usually it take for 8 hours from Eger to Zagreb”. Actually it took for almost 5 hours. It seems true that Croatian people drive with high speed. I was happy that I arrived there earlier than expected. Zagreb is capital and old town. In the evening on 17th Oct.we had training seminar in Samobol near Zagreb. At next morning we had second seminar again. In the afternoon on 18th we traveled to Zadar. In the middle of way the rocked mountain which look like mountain with snow appeared suddenly. Zadar is beautiful city. There is most famous symbol church“Saint Donatus”
The National Park “ The lake Plitvick” located at the border with Bosnia Herzegovina. We walked around the lake above 2 hours. From long time ago people believe that there are spirit of lake and spirit of forest. Actually the lake with emerald green is veiled in mystery and unforgettable place.
