Ukraine International Tournament in Alushta 2012.
It was held on May 5-6 in Alushta, Crimea. There were 160 fighters from different regions of Ukraine and a team from Russia.
The tournament was organised on the highest level and mentioned by local government as a succesful event that have become a great tradition.

The race has hosted some 130 athletes from various Italian dojo.
The tournament has committed athletes in the morning with the evidence of the Kata and in the afternoon with the kumite.
The event was attended by the Dojo of Firenze, Bologna, Parabita, Taranto, San Giorgio Jonico, Caltanissetta, Corigliano, Sannicola, Bari, Carpignano, Collepasso, Casarano.
The Organization Ikko, with President Shihan Tommaso Nicoletti, thanked all the teachers present and the referees notice for having contributed, by their presence, the success of the National Competition.

Kyokushin Karate Kata Tournament ‘’Croatia Cup 2012’’ was held in Sveti Martin pod Okićem near Samobor on 28th of April, 2012 in organization of Croatian Kyokushinkai Association and hosted by IKO Matsushima Kyokushinkaikan Croatia and Kyokushin Karate Club ‘‘Fortis’’ Samobor.
8 teams with 65 competitors from different organizations from Slovenia and Croatia competed in 7 categories from kids to adults.
IKO Matsushima Croatia was represented with 22 competitors (16 from Kyokushin Karate Club ”Fortis” Samobor and 6 from Kyokushin Karate Club ”Domenica” Sveta Nedelja).

IKO Matsushima Croatia Kyokushin Karate Tournament ‘’9th Domenica Cup 2012’’ was held in Samobor on 25th of March, 2012 in organization of Croatian Kyokushinkai Union and hosting by IKO Matsushima Kyokushinkaikan Croatia and Kyokushin Karate Club ‘‘Domenica’’ Sveta Nedelja.
15 teams with 132 competitors from different organizations from Slovenia, Hungary (IKO Matsushima Shihan Borza’s Branch), Serbia (IKO Matsushima Sempai Bižić’s Branch), Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia competed in 16 categories from kids to adults.
IKO Matsushima Hungary was represented with 13 competitors, IKO Matsushima Serbia with 2 and IKO Matsushima Croatia with 42 competitors (26 from Kyokushin Karate Club ”Fortis” Samobor and 16 from Kyokushin Karate Club ”Domenica” Sveta Nedelja).

I.K.O.MATSUSHIMA Gold Cup Canada Tournament 2012 was held in Montreal, Canada on 10th March by Branch Chief Roman Szyrajew and Ohan Brothers.
The tournament started at 10:00 a.m. and went to 6:30 p.m. as we had 350 participants for children’s kata and kumite. We also had over 18 years of age and seniors participating in both categories. In the evening after this was over, we had the knockdown tournament by weight categories. We also had 3 ring super-fights. National Kyokushin Karate Tournament was successfully held on 18 February. It was the 7th tournament of this kind in a row.
There were kata and kumite groups. All age categories were represented from kids to adults. There were 240 participants altogether. The Croatian IKO Matsushima group also took part.

The Russian Championship among adults and children over 12 year old on February 25-26 in Nizhniy Novgorod. Teams from every IKO Matsushima Russia branch participated in that championship. Teams from other Kyokushin versions and the Ukrainian team led by Shihan Lukyanchikov took part as well. Besides kumite we also took a test kumite championship among veterans and a kata championship.
