Grading exams for Shodan and Nidan were held on August 1st in Concepcion southern part of our country. Sensei Maurico Breve, in charge of Matsushima Chile Southern area presented students from four different Dojos and cities that constitute this southern branch of our organization. Applicants were tested on Kihon Geiko, Idogeiko, Katas, Tameshiwari, Physical test and Kumites for more than 4 hours showing a great and unshaking spirit and the work developed by all local instructors. A traditional Summer Camp was organized in Ukraine. This time in a town nearby Kiev – Cherkassy.
The camp was visited by Sensei Orla Hansen from Denmark.In the end of the camp all participants performed 5000 Mawashi-Geri as a celebration.

A Hungarian club camp was held by Shihan Zoltan Orehovszki on 16-19 July 2015. There were 67 members of the club taking part in the camp. Trainings were held in two groups. Kids had two trainings and adults had 3 trainings a day.
There were kihon, kata and kumite trainings, and also conditional trainings were important part of the days as several members are going to take part in and do grading in our national camp in August.
To make the camp more colourful there were many interesting programs not only for kids during this long weekend.

Ukrainian Kyokushinkaikan Karate Federation (Branch Chief Dmytro Volynets, 5th dan), held its traditional summer training camp in the Volyn region. 70 fighters from 5 different regions of Ukraine participated in this event. Camp program accented on kihon, kata, bunkai, self-defense against cold weapons, technical and tactical kumite trainings, but there also were overall physical trainings and other methods to develop physical abilities of karate fighters. At the last but one day there was a night training for all the participants, including the youngest ones.
At the last day of the camp Shihan Dmytro Volynets organized the attestation test. Next higher kyu was awarded to the fighters who passed the test …

After having a test for fifth kyu and under on 12 April and a training for instructors on 25-26 April,IKKA IKO Matsushima Indonesia held a Kumite and Kata mini tournament on 24 May 2015 with 38 participants.
The most interesting bouts in the event were in kids division and ladies,who fought vigorously.We saw some improvement in performing Kata as well.

The 23rd All India Karate & Adventure Summer Camp 2015 on 1st June to 6th June held at Nainital District State of (Uttrakhand) India has successfully concluded. During the camp we shall also be hosting the 18th North India Karate Instructor Camp and belt test , appearing for 11 shodan ,15 1st Kyu and 15 Brown.
We saw a participation of approx. 216 students this year. In this number, we had 12 Shodans & 5 Nidan take part in the camp. All students sat for grading for various belts and passed with flying colors.

On May 30, 2015, we performed National Karate Ikomatsushima Championships, the event was realize in the city of La Serena.
In this National competition participated a total of 160 athletes from the Junior, Adult and Senior categories, novice and expert.
This major championship has been held for 7 years on the same date and the last 3 versions of the event is an great level.

Ukrainian Kyokushinkaikan Karate Federation has held two tournaments in town Brovary on May 23rd, 2015: Ukrainian championship among men and women and All-Ukrainian championship among youth and juniors. Main judge of the competition was head of board of Ukrainian Kyokushinkaikan Karate Federation, branch chief Shihan Dmytro Volynets (5th dan).
About 100 sportsmen from 8 regions of Ukraine took part in the competition. There was only one tatami with two teams of judges and three referees, namely Shihan Ivan Zvizdun (5th dan, Dniprodzerzhinsk), Sensei Evgeniy Zapara (4th dan, Sloviansk) and Sensei Dmytro Golovin (3rd dan, Dnipropetrovsk).
There were 5 categories for adults and 12 categories for juniors. Fights couldn’t go without some …

From 15 to 17 May in the Crimean Federation of Karate Kyokushinkaikan Iko Matsushima Evaluation Seminar was held under the leadership of Branch Chief Pyatachenko Sergei Pavlovich, 4th dan sensei, Russia.
The focus of the seminar program paid Ido geiko – Technology moved.
The first day was devoted to the traditional Kihon, Ido geiko second.
As already mentioned, the focus of the workshop was paid to technique Ido geiko. The sports festival held in Balochistan in which conducted all Balochistan,Pakistan IKo Matushima Karate Tournament
around 150 students participated in the tournament and were leaded by Sensei Shahid Hussain. The most prominent and glorious figures were being invited as guest of honor in which Secretary Sports/Director Sports and District Mayer was included.
