It is my pleasure to forward you the attached files with the 6th World Tournament Final Information & Bus-Transfer Timetable.
Final Information for all participants

Bus Transfer TimeTable
Attached document provides essential information for all participants of the 6th I.K.O. Matsushima World Weight Kyokushin Karate Tournament in Maebashi City, Japan.
Participants should use public transportation to reach Maebashi City, as airport pickup will not provided, and remember that you can purchase a travel card (e.g., Suica) for fares.
Shuttle buses will operate on specific days for seminars and tournaments, with fees payable in cash or bank transfer.

Currency exchange is not available in Maebashi, so remember to exchange enough yen at the airport, if you have not done already. Also credit cards may not be accepted at local shops in Maebashi, or for tournament goods.

Official tournament merchandise and goods and Food will be on sale at the venue, and food trucks will offer various items on tournament days, but eating inside the gymnasium is prohibited.
Hotels and Gymnasium Rules
• Hotel charges must be settled at check-in; cancellations should be made promptly.
• Indoor shoes are required in the gymnasium, and lockers will not be available.
Competitors must wear official black belts and bring their own protective gear; medical certificates are mandatory, to participate in the world tournament.
Lunch box cards will be provided on Friday to Branch Chiefs and Official Dojo Operators, for eligible participants on designated days.
Dan Grading Test
• Applications should be submitted promptly, with payment options available after the test.
• Participants should bring a towel for the test.
International Meeting Assembly
• Please send any Item that you may have for the International Meeting before Friday November 14.
