12 competitors of IKO Matsushima Poland participated in Warsaw Open 2013,
16.03.2013 Warszawa – Poland. In the tournament took part 84 competitors from 8 Federations

four second place and two third place in their age categories.

International Open Kyokushin Karate Tournament ‘’10th Domenica Cup’’ was held in Samobor on 9th of March, 2013 in organization of Croatian Kyokushinkai Union and hosting by IKO Matsushima Kyokushinkaikan Croatia and Kyokushin Karate Club ‘‘Domenica’’ Sveta Nedelja.
The main sponsor of the tournament was the Prefect of the Zagreb County mr.sc. Stjepan Kožić.
On tournament, 22 teams with 148 competitors from different organizations from Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Hungary, Slovakia, Serbia and Croatia were competed in 18 categories from kids to adults.
IKO Matsushima Hungary Shihan Borza’s Branch was represented with 16 competitors and they won 3 gold, 2 silver and 3 bronze medals.

On 16 February, 2013 the IKO Matsushima Zemplén Cup – an open international kyokushin tournament – was held for the 8th time in Sároraljaújhely, Hungary.There were 245 particuiparts in all age categories (kata and kumite).
There were teams from Croatia and Serbia – a special thanks to them for traveling so much to Hungary.
It was an important preparation step for the national team, the goal is the successful participation at the European Tournament in Ukraine, October 2013.

After the World Tournament Dan grading test was held on 26th June at Matsushima Dojo in Isesaki.
The test started at AM10:00 and finished at PM17:30.

After the World Tournament ,training seminar was held on 25th June at 2nd Isesaki Citizen Gymnasium.
The International meeting was held from AM9:00.From PM14:00 training seminar started and was extended over 1 hour. Everybody trained hard to learn more high techniques.
