European summer camp was held between 1-6 August 2011 in Hungary. There were 120 people to take part, 45 of them were black belts. We had 3 trainings perd day, following the traditional kyokushin way. In the morning it was stamina, then kihon/kata and in the aftrenoon fighting. We closed the camp with gradings (color and black belts). Both the camp and the gradings were of proper quality, keeping ourselves to the traditions.
