The 5th Winter Camp of IKO Matsushima Kyokushinkaikan Croatia was held from 10th to 12th of January 2014.
Without snow this year, but as usual, very substantive spent three days in training and various activities.
The goal of the camp was preparation for the upcoming competition season. Camp was conducting 6 different trainings from basic techniques with kihon and kata to combat techniques and kumite.
A special addition in the training was handling, movement and self-defense with nunchaku and bo.
Training took place in sports hall, gym and weight room. Early morning training sessions were held outside.
Various activities from games to polygons prevailed in the pre-introductory and in the concluding part of training using ball, nunchaku and bo as the main training aid.
For the participants it was also some kind of winter holidays with a lot of funs such are bathing in the indoor and outdoor thermal pools, bowling, soccer, etc.
