IKO MATSUSHIMA INDONESIA IKKA KYU TEST DECEMBER 2015

Indonesian Kyokushin Karate Association IKO Matsushima held a grading for all ranks on Sunday 13 December 2015 at IKKA main dojo in Banten Province.
With 93 members who took the test,the main training hall is definitely too small for the large crowd,so we did the grading in four smaller groups in separate rooms of the same building.
All the participants went through the grading in high spirit,doing Kihon,Idogeiko,Kata,Kumite and some Physical Fitness Tests,with a relatively better standard of technique then before.
