The Russian Open Championship Matsushima Cup of children & youth was held on 9th March 2013 in Krasnoyarsk,Russia. The gymnasium “Arena The North” was just opened. At second day (10th Mar.)adult class was held. Competitors took part from not only all Russia but also Kazkhstan, South Africa, Libya,Pakistan and Ukraine. The temperature dropped below zero -15~-20. There were various splendid demonstrations.

In March, 23, 2013 Ukrainian Kyokushinkaikan Karate Federation held Ukrainian Championship among children, juveniles and juniors in kumite in Lutsk.

The IKO Matsushima Gold Cup on March 23rd went very well we had as Special guest Hanshi John Taylor and also Shihan Klaus Rex and his studen Sensei Orla Hanson present. Shihan Rex was the head Sushin in the knockdown tournament. We had at least 250 children participating in kata and kumite it went very well. On Sunday Hanshi Taylor gave seminars to different groups as well as Shihan Rex in all everything was great I thank Hanshi Taylor and Shihan Rex for there participation and teachings. International Open Kyokushin Karate Tournament ‘’10th Domenica Cup’’ was held in Samobor on 9th of March, 2013 in organization of Croatian Kyokushinkai Union and hosting by IKO Matsushima Kyokushinkaikan Croatia and Kyokushin Karate Club ‘‘Domenica’’ Sveta Nedelja.
The main sponsor of the tournament was the Prefect of the Zagreb County mr.sc. Stjepan Kožić.
On tournament, 22 teams with 148 competitors from different organizations from Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Hungary, Slovakia, Serbia and Croatia were competed in 18 categories from kids to adults.

8th Polish Karate Kyokushin Winter Camp took place from 4th to 8th February. Sensei Robert Wyciszkiewicz was a camp administrator. In this winter camp attended about 40 students. Except everyday trainings Karate, students were skiing, snowboarding and swimming. At the end it held an exam on next Kyu grades.

Indonesia Branch ;IKKA KYU GRADING
On February 17th,IKKA held the first Kyu grading since the declaration made on September 9th,2012.
Twenty six members were graded in the event,and every body was excited,including those who watched from outside the room.People just wanted to know how we are going to perceive and to achieve a higher standard during daily trainings.
We do expect IKKA members will be more well prepared in the next gradings.
