The Azerbaijan International tournament in Kyokushinkai Karate was held in Baku by the government support, which was dedicated to the 90th anniversary of Heidar Aliev. This tournament was attended by Iran, Turkish, and Georgian delegation. The tournament was well organized and flawless. This was the first tournament in Azerbaijan among the sportsmen over the age 18. This tournament will be held traditionally in the future.
