UAE IKO MATSUSHIMA &KETTLEBELL FITNESSFEDERATION (IKFF, UAE)AT BARREJ HEATH CLUB- UAE- Ras Al Khaimah
Presenting a joint venture camp which would plan and prepare the fighters’ physically and increase their stamina condition for kumite
The training consists of Kettlebell and Cross-fit training. GPP (General Physical Properness)
This camp concentrates on strength training, functional training, cardio training,kumite technical trainingas well as KATA Seminar Training.
Our special IKO MATSUSHIMA KYOKUSHIN Trainers are:

2- Shihan Dai Daryoush Bagheri- Branch Chief of Iran and head of IranianIKOMatsushima- 6th Dan IKO Matsushima Kyokushin Karate

3- Shihan Nodair Kvantchiani (Georgia)- Head of Georgia Branch Chief and Head of national team of Georgia- 5th Dan IKO Matsushima Kyokushin Karate.

4- Sensei Mehdi Dianaty- UAE Branch Chief- Instructor of IKO Matsushima in Barej Health Club- 4th Dan IKO Matsushima Kyokushin Karate.
