This matter was decided at International Meeting of 5th World Tournament in Japan on November 2016. President Matsushima visited Beijin China. He was invited from Beijin Karate Federation. Before few days it was snow in Beijin,so there were blue sky in Beijin. And also he visited the Great Wall of China.
